Nordkrom Strengthens the Group Through a New Real Estate Acquisition in Öjebyn
Norhchrome Holding, which includes Nordkrom, has acquired an industrial property in Öjebyn through its newly established subsidiary, NCH Heden AB. The acquisition includes the property at Framnäsvägen 7 as well as the company Hedfastigheter AB, which was previously owned by Piteå Näringsfastigheter AB.
The transaction is part of the Group’s long-term efforts to create stable and sustainable conditions for continued growth. The property, with a floor area of approximately 1,955 square meters, is located in an established industrial area, and the total land area amounts to about 26,459 square meters.
The building was constructed in the mid-1970s and is currently used for industrial operations. The current tenant has been informed of the change in ownership.

The change in ownership will take place today, January 9, 2026.
